By registering as a member of The Orlando Jeep Club of Florida, Inc. (TOJC), I shall follow the national and state highway laws for which I/we venture, shall follow TOJC Guidelines to Off-Highway Driving and its references, shall respect the rights and privacy of fellow members, and shall respect the land for which we enjoy both private and public owned. I shall keep my vehicle(s) in a safe driving and operating condition as required for which state it's/they are registered. I shall have the minimum state (vehicle registered state) requirement for coverage of insurance for each vehicle that I own.

I and any occupant of the vehicle are here voluntarily and are solely responsible for our actions. TOJC (nor its members) are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any vehicle or personal property thereof. This is solely my responsibility.

Any vehicle I drive at an TOJC event shall:
have properly installed seat belts for all occupants, have a standard First Aid kit, have TOJC's Health Information Sheet, and comply with any and all rules the By-Laws of TOJC state.
